Yes, they have a nice collection of different plants, that are not cheap. Customer service lacks big time though. My husband and I walked around for 30 mins and although it was not busy, none of the employees even acknowledged us. A group of them was standing around chatting, I guess that's more important! Update: I thought I would give them another try, especially after the owner said she would talk to her employees. Sad to say, nothing has changed, 4 or 5 employees walking around, nobody said so much as Hello to us. I don't mind the prices as long as the service comes with it, but that was my last visit there.

I have always enjoyed coming to Fairview Gardens. Employees are helpful and kind. Prices are reasonable. I have observed employees "running their butts off to help patrons." I have also observed some patrons being unkind and down-right mean to the employees. Despite that, the employees were patient and kind, as well as apologetic. Great job on customer service!

1st time purchasing from here. They seem to have a very large selection of "exotic or unique" annuals, not a lot of your "basic" annuals. All seem to be of very high quality. I did not notice many perennial plants either. If the annuals I purchased do as well as I am expecting, I will definitely keep going back every spring. Update: The annual did very well. They looked great all season long. I will be going back each spring to purchase more!

Recently, I moved into another apartement and got rid of all my plants in the process. I needed to start over. April 16th I was driving from my old place to my new place, and I passed Fairview Gardens. The day before it had snowed about 6 inches, and having some green plants in my apartment sounded stupendous! So I made an abrupt change of course, and turned my wheels toward the nursery. I went in to ask if they were open before bringing in my one year old, and indeed about 4 people were eagerly awaiting customers. On the way back in from getting baby, he dropped his shoe, and the lady actually went to pick it up for me. She then assisted me in finding a perfect garden pot with succulents, sedum and some string of pearl plants. She answered all my questions from what type of potting soil was used, to how much sunlight they need, and even how they select which plants go into a pot together. The pot cost me $25 before tax, which is pretty decent for the size of the pot, the care taken with arrangement of the succulents, and the variety of plants included in the pot. As I was leaving the lady even insisted that she would help me carry the new addition to my home to my car, so that I c
